About the Role:
As a Customer Care Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and ensuring a positive experience. You will learn the ins and outs of our products and services while developing essential communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels professionally and promptly.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to senior team members.
- Learn and use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to log interactions and update customer records.
- Support the customer care team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services.
- Participate in training sessions to understand Watu's products and customer service protocols.

- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
