Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive child protection assessments in Western Uganda communities
• Implement and manage child protection activities and programmes
• Coordinate effectively with government stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organisations
• Monitor and evaluate programme impact and effectiveness
• Document case studies and success stories for reporting and learning
• Ensure compliance with Ugandan child protection laws and standards

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of practical experience in child protection work
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan child protection legal framework
• Proven experience working with vulnerable children and communities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of Western Uganda's cultural context
• Valid motorcycle riding permit is an added advantage
