Job Description
ZOA Uganda is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator for our Health, Opportunity, Prosperity and Empowerment (HOPE) Project. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international NGO making a real difference in Ugandan communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of HOPE project activities across target communities
• Coordinate health, economic empowerment, and prosperity initiatives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and community leaders
• Monitor and evaluate project impact and outcomes
• Support capacity building of local partners and community groups
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management with international NGOs
• Strong understanding of Uganda's development context and challenges
• Excellent communication and community engagement skills
• Proven experience in health programming and economic empowerment
• Fluency in English and at least one local language
