Kijani Forestry, a leading sustainable forestry company in Uganda, is seeking an experienced Call Centre Supervisor to join our team in Gulu. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our customer service operations and contribute to our mission of sustainable forest management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily call centre operations and team performance
• Monitor call quality and customer service standards
• Train and mentor call centre agents
• Develop and implement call centre procedures
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
• Generate performance reports and analytics
• Ensure team meets key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in call centre operations with at least 1 year in supervisory role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with call centre software and CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
