Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation systems for our cement manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimise control systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency and plant reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to enhance production and safety standards.
• Develop and update technical documentation for automation systems.
• Provide technical support and training to plant operations and maintenance teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to safety and quality standards in an industrial setting.
