Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and verify all company payments and revenue transactions
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Review and validate supporting documentation for all expenses
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review
• Implement and monitor internal control systems
• Train and supervise junior audit staff members
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA)
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience in manufacturing or FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan financial regulations and tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
