KCB Bank Uganda is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Relationship Manager for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients, understanding their unique business needs and financial goals.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities within the SME sector across Uganda.
• Structure and present suitable financial solutions, including loans, trade finance, and cash management services.
• Prepare credit proposals and ensure adherence to the bank's credit policy and Uganda's regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor the performance of the assigned portfolio and ensure timely repayments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences for our SME clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within retail or commercial banking in Uganda.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and the Ugandan SME business landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to network, generate leads, and close deals.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
