About the Role:
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will support the Branch Manager and Relationship Managers in driving retail banking business. You will be at the forefront of customer engagement, helping clients achieve their financial goals with our suite of personal banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and growing a portfolio of personal banking clients.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
• Promote and sell NCBA Bank's retail products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in Uganda.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong understanding of personal banking products and the Ugandan financial market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
