Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Provide professional insurance advice and solutions to clients
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan insurance market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within assigned area
• Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
