Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive application security strategies and policies
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing for all banking applications
• Lead security code reviews and ensure secure development practices across all projects
• Manage application security tools and technologies including SAST, DAST, and SCA solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle
• Provide security guidance and training to technical teams across the organisation
• Monitor and respond to application security incidents and threats
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry security standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application security or cybersecurity roles
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP preferred
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Experience with security testing tools and methodologies
• Excellent understanding of web application architectures and security vulnerabilities
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
