Compassion International, a leading global child development organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Kampala, Uganda. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing to final offer.
• Partner with hiring managers across Uganda to understand staffing needs and develop effective, localised recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and local talent pools.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring panels.
• Provide clear and timely recommendations for candidate selection and hiring.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance with Ugandan employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Ugandan or East African market.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.
