The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda is hiring a dedicated Supervisor for FL & Mass Personalisation to join our team in Kampala. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Frontline (FL) and Mass Personalisation operations within the Fund.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance personalised service delivery to our members.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance and excellent customer service standards.
• Analyse member data and feedback to drive personalisation initiatives and improve service offerings.
• Ensure all operations comply with NSSF policies, procedures, and Ugandan regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall member experience.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance and personalisation project outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or data-driven personalisation, preferably within the financial or social security sector in Uganda.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, dedication, and a commitment to the NSSF purpose of making lives better.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant customer relationship management (CRM) software.
