Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the resolution of incidents within the Mass Market segment.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent recurring issues for NSSF members.
• Lead a team in analysing incident trends and providing timely solutions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare reports on incident management performance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with NSSF's policies and Uganda's regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in incident management, customer service, or operations within a large organisation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of Uganda's social security landscape is a strong advantage.
