Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and administrative functions at assigned C-Care facility
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and growth objectives
• Manage facility budgets, expenses, and revenue generation activities
• Lead and supervise administrative and support staff teams
• Ensure excellent patient service delivery and operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with Uganda's healthcare regulations and C-Care standards
• Build relationships with local communities, partners, and healthcare stakeholders
• Prepare regular business performance reports for regional management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or related service industry
• Proven track record in business development and financial management
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams in Ugandan context
• Excellent knowledge of Uganda's healthcare sector and regulatory environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be based in Lira, Lubowa, or Jinja as assigned
