Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain our core digital payment platform and related applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing systems for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met for all payment systems
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and payment industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages
• Experience with payment systems, fintech, or financial services technology
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
