Senior Performance Monitoring Officer - Eastern Region Uganda

The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) is seeking qualified and highly motivated Ugandan professionals for the position of Senior Officer Performance Monitoring based in Eastern Region. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate procurement performance across Eastern Region
• Conduct compliance assessments of public procurement processes
• Analyse procurement data and prepare performance reports
• Provide technical guidance on procurement monitoring frameworks
• Support capacity building initiatives for procuring entities
• Ensure adherence to PPDA regulations and standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement monitoring or related field
• Professional qualification in procurement (CIPS, IPS, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Uganda's public procurement legal framework
• Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation methodologies
