Key Responsibilities & Duties
In this senior role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights. Your core duties will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Conducting deep-dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within our financing portfolio and operational processes.
• Translating complex business questions into data analysis projects and presenting findings to senior management in a clear, compelling manner.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
• Ensuring data integrity and governance across all analytical outputs.
• Mentoring junior analysts and promoting a data-driven culture within the organisation.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced digital business.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong expertise in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen business acumen.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
