Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services

• Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory management systems
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and service providers
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procurement regulations
• Coordinate with programme teams to understand procurement needs
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Professional certification in procurement (CIPS or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
