Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all logistics, inventory, and distribution operations for Diageo Uganda.
• Optimise inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising costs.
• Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products across Uganda.
• Liaise effectively with local suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support supply chain planning and forecasting activities.
• Utilise inventory management systems to maintain accurate records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution within Uganda.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge of modern inventory management systems and software.
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
