• Proven experience in programme/project management, monitoring & evaluation, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly data analysis software.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience for most positions (specifics will vary by role).
