The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organisation committed to strengthening health systems and expanding access to life-saving services. We are currently recruiting for various positions across our Uganda programmes, offering talented professionals the opportunity to contribute to meaningful public health work.

We are seeking qualified Ugandan candidates for roles in the following key health programme areas:

• Infectious Diseases: Including COVID-19, Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Tuberculosis.
• Women and Children’s Health: Covering Cervical Cancer, Diarrhea and Pneumonia, Oxygen Therapy, Maternal Health, Nutrition, and Vaccines.
• Universal Health Coverage: Focusing on Health Financing and Health Workforce development.
• Non-Communicable Diseases: Such as Cancer.
• Cross-Cutting Expertise: Including Assistive Technology, Climate Change, Diagnostics, Digital Health, Global Health Sciences, and Market Shaping.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Specific requirements vary by position. Generally, we look for:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Public Health, Medicine, Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, etc.).
• Proven work experience in the Ugandan health sector or related development field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
