Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript and Python.
• Utilise modern frameworks including React for front-end and Node.js for back-end development.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies relevant to the Ugandan and global tech markets.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in core programming languages: JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with React and Node.js frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
