Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement mass market strategies to expand NSSF's member base
• Lead market penetration initiatives across various demographic segments
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the mass market sector
• Oversee marketing campaigns targeting the informal sector and small businesses
• Analyse market trends and develop responsive business strategies
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure nationwide coverage
• Monitor and report on mass market performance metrics

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in mass market operations or sales management
• Proven track record in developing successful market penetration strategies
• Strong understanding of Uganda's informal sector dynamics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
• Experience in financial services or social security sector preferred
