Marketing Manager Job in Entebbe - East African Enterprises

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and budget.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve set objectives.
* Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR).
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
* Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and other vendors.
* Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand identity and business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
* Strong track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
* Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
