Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and management of daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Support the documentation process for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Help track and monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Coordinate with transport and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining accurate logistics records and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of a Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree is an added advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or transport operations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of local transport routes and Ugandan logistics regulations is beneficial.
