Typical Requirements for IRC Uganda Positions:
β’ Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
β’ Proven experience in humanitarian or development contexts, preferably in Uganda or the East Africa region
β’ Strong commitment to the IRCβs mission and core values
β’ Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Luganda, Acholi, Swahili) is a strong asset
β’ Ability to work effectively in complex, high-pressure environments
