Kijani Forestry, a leading sustainable forestry company in Uganda, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Assistant to join our operations team in Gulu. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily fleet operations and vehicle maintenance scheduling
• Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
• Support inventory management of spare parts and supplies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Ugandan transport regulations
• Assist in route planning and logistics coordination

Requirements:
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in fleet management or automotive field
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driving permit (Class B preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
