As a Finance Business Partner at dfcu Bank, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights, analysis, and support to business units across Uganda. You will be responsible for translating financial data into actionable business recommendations that drive growth and profitability in the Ugandan market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business unit leaders across Uganda
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Ugandan financial regulations and bank policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or business partnering
• Experience in Uganda's banking or financial services sector preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools
• Knowledge of Ugandan financial regulations and compliance requirements
