Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow corporate banking relationships with existing clients
- Develop new business opportunities in the corporate banking sector
- Maintain and expand client portfolios through excellent service delivery
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for corporate clients
- Negotiate banking terms and conditions with corporate clients
- Provide tailored financial solutions to meet corporate client needs
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with bank policies

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate banking
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Thorough understanding of Uganda's banking regulations and market dynamics
