Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and industrial equipment within the cement plant.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, policies, and Ugandan electrical standards to ensure a zero-harm environment.
• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to support continuous plant operations and project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• A Diploma or Advanced Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of industrial motors, control systems, PLCs, and power distribution.
• A valid certificate of good conduct and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
