Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles for official travel and field missions
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks and ensure proper documentation
• Handle basic clerical duties including filing, document preparation, and office support
• Transport staff and materials to various locations across Uganda
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and trip records
• Assist with office administrative tasks as required
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Ugandan driving permit with Classes B, CM, and DL
• Minimum of 3 years professional driving experience in Uganda
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• O-Level certificate or equivalent qualification
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications)
• Excellent knowledge of Kampala and Ugandan road networks
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
