About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Developer, you will be the first point of contact for functional system issues and enhancement requests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational support, configuration, and process alignment for our ERP, hospital, and core business applications. You will ensure these systems are reliable, maintain high data quality, and comply with approved organisational processes, directly contributing to efficient healthcare service delivery in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for resolving functional system issues and managing user enhancement requests.
• Configure, customise, and maintain ERP, hospital management, and other core business applications.
• Ensure system reliability, optimal performance, and high-quality data integrity.
• Align system processes with approved business workflows and compliance standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users across various departments.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to implement system improvements and new features.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in supporting, configuring, or developing ERP or enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of database management and system integration principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support users.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Ugandan data protection and IT standards is preferred.
