• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for Uganda market
• Lead and mentor commercial teams across Kampala and regional offices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years commercial leadership experience in Uganda or East Africa
• Proven track record in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors
• Strong understanding of Ugandan market dynamics and consumer behaviour
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience with digital transformation and technology adoption
