Bank Service Consultant Jobs in Uganda - Multiple Locations (Entry Level)

As a Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in handling cash transactions, assisting with digital banking migration, and resolving various service inquiries to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve walk-in customers efficiently and professionally at the branch.
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and other counter transactions accurately.
- Educate and assist customers with migrating to and using our digital banking platforms (mobile banking, internet banking).
- Address and resolve customer queries and service-related matters promptly.
- Promote the bank's products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the bank's brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognised institution.
- Strong passion for customer service and helping people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numerical and computer literacy.
- Integrity, honesty, and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- No prior banking experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
