Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead our sales operations in the Central Region, driving market share and revenue growth for one of the world's most iconic beverage brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets for the assigned area in Kampala and the Central Region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to ensure excellent execution in the market.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across all trade channels.
- Manage the area's sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient route-to-market operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong understanding of the Ugandan market, particularly in Kampala and the Central Region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sales reporting software.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the area.
