Talent Development Partner Job in Kampala - Compassion International Uganda

Compassion International Uganda is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Development Partner to join our team in Kampala. This is a senior-level opportunity for a learning and development professional to design and implement impactful programmes that build capacity and support our strategic mission of releasing children from poverty.

In this full-time role, you will be at the heart of our organisational growth, creating learning solutions that empower our staff across Uganda. You will work closely with various departments to identify needs, develop curriculum, and facilitate training that drives performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments across Compassion Uganda's operations.
* Design, develop, and implement effective learning and development curriculum and workshops.
* Facilitate engaging training sessions for staff at all levels.
* Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes, making data-driven improvements.
* Partner with leadership and HR to align talent development initiatives with strategic objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for key learning interventions.

Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field.
* Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in talent development, training, or learning and development.
* Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Strong project management and organisational abilities.
* Prior experience within the NGO or development sector is a distinct advantage.
* A passion for capacity building and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
