TotalEnergies EP Uganda is seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations & Methods Advisor to join our dynamic team in Uganda. This is a regular full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading energy companies operating in Uganda's growing oil and gas sector.
As a Senior HR Operations & Methods Advisor, you will play a crucial role in optimising our human resources processes and ensuring operational excellence across our Ugandan operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive HR experience who can drive continuous improvement in our HR methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient HR operational processes and methods
• Analyse and optimise existing HR systems and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Ugandan labour laws and company policies
• Provide expert guidance on HR operations to management and staff
• Lead HR process improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Manage HR data analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with global TotalEnergies HR teams on best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR operations experience
• Extensive knowledge of Ugandan employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in HR process improvement and methodology development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is advantageous
