Grant Thornton Uganda is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic Public Sector Consulting team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage public sector consulting engagements for government agencies and development partners
- Conduct comprehensive research, analysis, and diagnostics of public sector operations
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation plans for public sector reforms
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and capacity building sessions for government officials
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients and development partners

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with public sector focus
- Master's degree or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Uganda's public sector landscape and development priorities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
