Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottler on the continent, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Gulu, Northern Uganda. Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new retailers and distributors in the Gulu region.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Execute strategic sales plans and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in Northern Uganda to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Ensure consistent product availability, optimal shelf placement, and brand visibility across all outlets in your assigned territory.
  • Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports, market feedback, and other required documentation using company systems.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to all clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • A valid motorcycle riding license (Class A) is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision, demonstrating high initiative.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics and business culture in Northern Uganda, specifically Gulu.
  • Basic computer literacy for email, reporting, and data entry purposes.
