Multiple Government Jobs in Kampala - NDP IV Programme Secretariat Positions

The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MFPED) is recruiting qualified Ugandan professionals for multiple vacant positions within the National Development Plan (NDP) IV Programme Secretariat. Key Responsibilities (Vary by Position):
• Support the coordination and implementation of NDP IV programmes and projects
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting on development indicators
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and inter-ministerial collaboration
• Monitor programme performance and prepare progress reports for senior management
• Contribute to policy analysis and development planning processes
• Ensure alignment of sectoral plans with the broader NDP IV framework

Requirements for Applicants:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognised institution
• Relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an added advantage
• Proven experience in programme management, monitoring & evaluation, or public policy
• Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis software
• Understanding of Uganda's development planning framework and public sector operations
• High level of integrity and commitment to national service
