Health and Nutrition Program Manager Job at World Vision International - Gulu, Uganda

World Vision International is seeking an experienced Health and Nutrition Program Manager to lead our health initiatives in Northern Uganda. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation of health and nutrition programmes across Northern Uganda
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Coordinate with local health facilities and Ministry of Health partners
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes and impact
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and donors
- Lead programme teams and ensure quality service delivery

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nutrition or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years' experience in health programme management
- In-depth knowledge of Ugandan health systems and policies
- Proven experience working with Uganda's Ministry of Health
- Strong understanding of Northern Uganda's health landscape
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
