KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to maximise revenue across all media platforms
• Lead and mentor the commercial team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertisers, and partners
• Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of commercial operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business growth strategies
• Drive digital transformation and innovation in commercial offerings
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in senior commercial management, preferably in media
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large teams
• Strong understanding of Uganda's media landscape and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in digital media and multi-platform commercial strategies
