EHS Logistics Uganda Limited is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team in Kampala. We are currently recruiting for two key leadership positions that will drive our company's growth and operational excellence in Uganda's logistics sector.
Available Positions:
1. General Manager
- Oversee all company operations and business activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for company growth
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Ensure operational efficiency and profitability
- Build and maintain key client relationships
2. Sales Manager
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities in Uganda's logistics market
- Manage key accounts and client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements for Both Positions:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding of Uganda's logistics and supply chain landscape
