Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and deliver packages and documents across Kampala and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service to both senders and recipients
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate delivery records
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of all items
• Maintain company vehicle and follow safety protocols
• Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
Requirements:
• Valid Ugandan driving permit (Class B minimum)
• Minimum O-level certificate
• Good knowledge of Kampala roads and neighborhoods
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
• Physical fitness for loading/unloading packages
• Clean driving record and responsible attitude
