Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various industrial machines and equipment
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Report any mechanical issues or irregularities to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organised work areas
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as required

Requirements:
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience operating industrial machinery
- Technical training certificate in machine operation (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Physical fitness for manual tasks and long working hours
- Valid operating permits or licences where required
