Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organisations
• Coordinate external communications and public relations activities
• Represent Educate! at networking events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare compelling proposals and reports for donors and partners
• Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies
• Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes and impact

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in external relations, partnership building, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working in the development sector preferred
• Knowledge of the East African context, particularly Kenya and Uganda
