Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers

• Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory role, preferably in hospitality
• Diploma or degree in Business Management or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and financial controls
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
