KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for dfcu Bank's operations across Uganda
• Develop technology roadmaps that support business growth and digital banking initiatives
• Ensure architectural alignment across all business units and technology systems
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies suitable for the Ugandan market context
• Lead technology governance and ensure compliance with Bank of Uganda regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee system integration projects and technology modernization efforts

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise architecture within the banking or financial services sector
• Professional certifications in TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture frameworks
• Strong understanding of Ugandan banking regulations and technology landscape
• Experience with core banking systems and digital transformation projects
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
