Living Goods is seeking an experienced Global Data Science & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive data-driven decision making across our health programmes in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the global data science and analytics team
- Develop and implement data strategies to improve health outcomes
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Create predictive models for programme optimisation
- Collaborate with country teams across Uganda and Kenya
- Present data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all systems

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in data science and analytics management
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data visualisation tools
- Experience working in international development or public health
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
