Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at MTN Uganda's Jinja Service Centre, you will be the face of our company, providing first-class service to our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help promote our latest products and services, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient customer assistance at the service centre.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and courteously.
- Actively promote and sell MTN Uganda products, services, and data bundles.
- Offer sales support and guidance to customers on service options.
- Maintain accurate and timely service documentation and records.
- Uphold MTN's brand image and service standards at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in telecoms, retail, or a fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
